Remote village development project

Samshvilde Development project implemented in 2018-19. The aim was to concentrate on one village and provide the services and practices that has been generated by the organization to the community in order to support the development process via youth work.


As a result of one year work we had done the following activities:


  • Street Workout Equipment for Youngsters – 5 pieces of equipment

  • Playground for kids – 5 pieces of equipment

  • Composters for households – 10 composters in 10 families video

  • Don’t Burn The Leaves campaign – environmental awareness-raising activities against the burning for youth as well as adults

  • Young people were involved in national training programs and empowered

  • Created guiding video for potential tourists about the Samshvilde fortress and historical sides and posted on YouTube channel - ected area and informational banners are important to keep it clean and safe.

It is important to note, that all works has been implemented and supported by the local youth voluntarily.


We have chosen one remote village inhabited by the young people with fewer opportunities to get a bigger impact in one community and bring a positive change.
